Every product sold on this site is a chemical supplied for research, laboratory or analytical purposes. Human and animal consumption is prohibited. Products are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics or food, and are not sold for the diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any condition.

Core Peptides is a chemical supplier. We are not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and we are not an outsourcing facility as defined under section 503B.

You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter a contract. By ordering you confirm that you are a qualified researcher or acting on behalf of a research organisation, and that you have the facilities and training to handle research chemicals safely.

Listing a product is an invitation to order, not an offer. We may decline or cancel any order, including after payment, and will refund in full where we do.

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Where an obvious pricing error occurs we will contact you before dispatch rather than fulfil at the incorrect price.

Descriptions on this site summarise published research and are provided for information. They are not protocols, instructions for use, or claims about outcomes.

Analytical data applies to the specific batch it names. A certificate of analysis for one batch says nothing about another.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected with a product is limited to the price paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Core Peptides is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
